This easy and delicious recipe comes from one of my favorite chefs, Ina Garten. Fresh salmon is layered with lemon and Dijon mustard, then coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs and baked to perfection. Serve with steamed asparagus and parmesan-rosemary roasted potatoes for a delightful meal.
