I won’t say these are inspired by a certain famous restaurant… but one bite and you might think they are! These flavorful lettuce wraps are filled with savory ground chicken, crunchy water chestnuts, and all the classic Asian seasonings you love. Baked Halibut

I recently attended a dear friend’s birthday dinner where the host served the most lovely, elegant halibut dish — and I couldn’t wait to recreate it for you. This tender halibut is oven-roasted and topped with a fresh tomato and caper mixture, finished with herbs and a light panko crust for a little crunch. As we are keeping this a light meal it is served with a spring mix salad with a champagne vinaigrette & crunchy baguette. Two portions per order. $65 $30 3rd & 4th.
